Step 1: Purchasing and Shipping – Local Gun Purchases/Transfers

Purchasing directly through Birmingham Hill Armory and shipping to us as your FFL dealer is preferred and most cost effective to you the buyer.

IF you purchase elsewhere: Complete your online purchase of your firearm(s), listing David Miersch as your FFL.  A copy of an official license is already on file for several popular sites including:

If purchasing from a site that does not have the FFL on copy, please contact us via email at BIRMINGHAMHILLARMORY@GMAIL.COM and we will provide a formal copy to register for your purchase.

Once purchased, your firearm will ship directly from the vendor/dealer to Birmingham Hill Armory as your FFL dealer.

Step 2: Notification and Scheduling

Kindly provide notice of purchase by contacting us using the below “Shoot Us a Message” link.  Please include your Name, Number, Purchased Item(s) & Vendor/Dealer along with your availability for pickup and transfer services.

You will be notified upon our receipt of your firearm(s) and confirm your appointment to conduct the required firearm(s) transfer.

Transfers generally take 20-30 minutes start to finish however some can run quicker or longer on occasion.  The time is often dictated by the speed of completion for the online instant check that must be run.

Step 3: Transfer & Pickup

At your appointment, a instance background check through the Pennsylvania State Police along with other required documentation will be completed.  Please be sure to bring a proper state identification to your appointment.

Payment of applicable fees is due at time of transfer.

Once everything checks out, you can walk out with your brand new firearm knowing you have abided by all applicable laws and regulations
