Description

The Springfield Model 1898 Krag–Jørgensen rifle is a Norwegian-designed bolt-action rifle that was adopted in 1892 as the standard United States Army military longarm, chambered for U.S. caliber .30-40 Krag cartridges.

This 1898 manufactured in 1905 shows extremely well for a gun well over a century old.  A true testament to history and classic craftsmanship.

Bolt action is smooth and wood is in good condition. Functional and a piece of history!
