How do I place an order?
Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Complete payment with a major credit card to process your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. A 3% credit card fee is already included in all listed prices.
Can my order be canceled?
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, including inventory limitations or legal restrictions.
When will my order be processed?
Orders begin processing once both payment and your selected FFL (Federal Firearms License) details have been received.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 2–6 business days after your order is processed.
Shipping & returns
Can I ship firearm orders to my home?
No. All firearms must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, and you’ll select one at checkout. Non-firearm orders can ship directly to you.
How long does shipping take?
Once processing begins, shipping usually takes 1–5 business days. Shipping and processing times are not guaranteed.
Which carriers do you use?
The most reasonably priced carrier available at the time of shipping — typically USPS, UPS or FedEx.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you receive the wrong item, return shipping is covered. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do you charge restocking fees?
Yes. A 20% restocking fee applies to items returned to our wholesale partners, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you have a storefront I can visit?
Birmingham Hill Armory is a non-stocking dealer, so we don’t operate a storefront or keep inventory on-site. Our webstore offers over 30,000 products direct from our distributors for the best pricing and fast shipping. Our location serves FFL transfer services only, by appointment.
