We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason.

Payment must be completed immediately at checkout in order to process your order. Only credit card payments are accepted at this time: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. A 3% credit card fee is included in all displayed product prices.

Firearm purchases & state laws

Some specialty or high-demand items are “allocated” to dealers by wholesalers in limited quantity. If you’re interested in one of these items, please contact us directly.

Items we sell are not stocked; listed items are drop-shipped from our distributors. All orders must be confirmed as complete by us, the seller, before being considered fully processed. We may have to cancel your order due to overselling if we are unable to find proper stock of an item.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know all applicable city and state laws related to the product they are buying and whether it is legal in their location. If you have questions, please ask an FFL local to your area.

Birmingham Hill Armory does not present itself as, and is not, an expert in any applicable state laws outside of Pennsylvania.

Specific states, including but not limited to California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York, have additional legal restrictions on what a resident may own. Any order that cannot be completed due to your state’s laws will be canceled and subject to cancellation fees.

Shipping & processing times

All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer.
Processing does not begin until both payment and FFL information have been received.
Once payment and FFL are received, processing can take 1 to 5 days.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 2–6 business days of your order being processed.
We use the most reasonably priced shipping provider, typically USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Shipping and processing times are not guaranteed.

Restocking fees

If for any reason a firearm or other item must be shipped back to one of our wholesale partners, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and all other related costs and fees.

A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for any item shipped back to one of our wholesale partners.

Birmingham Hill Armory is not responsible for shipments sent by a buyer and/or their receiving FFL dealer, including but not limited to items damaged or lost while being shipped back to a wholesale partner.

Refund & returns policy

All sales are final and there are no refunds. If the wrong item was shipped, Birmingham Hill Armory will cover the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment.

Limitation of liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data or other damages arising from your use of the site or of the API data services (g-FFL API and related services), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates and all of our respective officers, agents, partners and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your contributions; (2) use of the site; (3) breach of these terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these terms; (5) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (6) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the site with whom you connected via the site.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
