Firearm orders require an FFL
Every order containing a firearm (pistol, rifle, shotgun, receiver or frame) must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You’ll choose your FFL during checkout. Non-firearm items can ship directly to you.
Processing for firearm orders does not begin until both payment and your FFL information have been received. Make sure your dealer will accept the transfer and that the item is legal for you to own where you live. Orders that can’t be completed because of state law will be canceled and are subject to cancellation fees.
Using Birmingham Hill Armory as your FFL
Birmingham Hill Armory is a home-based Type 01 FFL and Class 3 NFA dealer in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Transfers are by appointment only — no walk-ins without a prior confirmed appointment.
- Firearm transfers: $40 per transfer, $0 on firearms bought from us.
- NFA Class 3 transfers: $100 per transfer, $0 on NFA items bought from us or via Powered by Silencer Shop.
- Transfers include an instant background check through the Pennsylvania State Police. Bring a valid state-issued ID.
