This Remington 783 is a previously owned but well-cared-for modern hunting rifle, presenting in very good to excellent condition and ready for the upcoming season.

• Finish: Retains approximately 95% of its factory matte black oxide finish. There are a few minor, superficial scuffs on the barrel exterior from typical field carry, but absolutely no rust or pitting.

• Bore: Excellent. The bore is bright and reflective with sharp, well-defined rifling from chamber to crown.

• Stock: The black synthetic stock is incredibly rugged and shows only light handling marks. There are no cracks, structural issues, or deep gouges. The SuperCell recoil pad is soft and fully intact.

• Mechanics: The bolt operates smoothly, and the dual-opposing locking lugs provide a rock-solid lockup. The CrossFire trigger is currently set to a crisp, clean 3.5 pounds with zero creep. The flush-fit detachable magazine clicks in securely and feeds reliably.
