This Ruger Single Six is in very good, honest condition. It has spent the lion’s share of its life tucked away in a gun safe, preserving its mechanical integrity perfectly, though it does bear a few cosmetic handling marks.

• Finish: Retains the vast majority of its original factory bluing. Because it was moved around inside a safe over the years, there are a few minor, strictly superficial scratches on the frame and barrel. There is also a standard, light cylinder turn line from normal cycling. However, there is absolutely no rust, deep pitting, or major finish loss.

• Bore: Excellent. The bore is brilliantly bright with sharp, well-defined rifling, showing no signs of heavy lead fouling or neglect.

• Grips: The factory hardwood grips are structurally perfect. There are no cracks, splits, or chips, and the wood grain remains highly attractive with only the faintest signs of handling.
