Transfer & Shipping Policy By federal law, all firearm transfers must be conducted through a legally compliant process. If you are the lucky winner, please review the following transfer options:

• Local Transfer: The firearm can be transferred directly to you via Birmingham Hill Armory (submitted via NFA transfer/Form 4s).

• FFL Shipping: We can ship the firearm to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice. Receiving FFL must possess a current SOT.  Birmingham Hill Armory will transfer to your selected FFL via FORM 3.

• Shipping Fees: A flat shipping fee of $35 will apply if the firearm is sent to a receiving FFL other than Birmingham Hill Armory.

• Additional Fees: Please note that Birmingham Hill Armory is not responsible for any additional background check or transfer fees charged by your selected receiving FFL.
